&#8211; Plan C<\/em><\/h2>\n<h2><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">General requirements for admission<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<h3>In addition to the general requirements for admission to Graduate Studies at the R\u00edo Piedras Campus, applicants to the doctoral program in Education must:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Possess a Master\u2019s Degree or its equivalent, including a thesis or other work of creative nature that demonstrates competence for further graduate studies.<\/li>\n<li>Have graduated from the Master\u2019s Degree program with a minimum academic grade point average of 3.00 in a scale of 4.00.<\/li>\n<li>Be fluent in Spanish and English<\/li>\n<li>Complete and submit an application for admission to the doctoral program at the following internet address:<a or persons who can attest to the applicant\u2019s aptitude and potential for successful completion of the doctoral program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The admission is based on a composite index obtained after
