For fiscal year 2011-12, the Department of Graduate Studies of the EMH-CE, which had a total of 545 candidates enrolled, was assigned a budget of $3,074,399. For the same year, the UPRRP Graduate Program of Social Work, which has a clinical component and a similar administrative structure as the DGS, with a total of 364 candidates enrolled, was assigned a budget of $2,114,456.  The ratio of budget per candidate for the DGS is $5,641, while the ratio per candidate for the Graduate Program of Social Work is $5,809.
